Win Gaming Media owns a license to a web-based platform which provides online trading of binary options. The software enables online investors to trade in an array of binary options featured by leading financial markets around the world. The platform has been granted by Paragonex Ltd., a British Virgin Island company. Win Gaming Media operates http://www.globaloption.com/, targeting the global traders community through its new fully owned subsidiary in Cyprus, WGM Services Ltd., and also http://www.options.co.il/, aimed solely to the Israeli market, through its new fully owned subsidiary in Israel, B Options Ltd.
- Win Gaming Media owns equity in Netplay TV plc. Netplay is a public UK group of companies, engaged in the provision of consumer information and gaming services. Netplay’s shares are quoted on the London Stock Exchange AIM market with a market cap of approximately £50 Million.
- A revenue share agreement of a Blackjack Tournament application with Playtech, that provides for 3% revenue share for 3 years, starting in 2010, and 2% thereafter, for an unlimited time. Playtech is an international designer, developer and licensor of software to the online and land-based gaming industry. Playtech’s shares are quoted on London Stock Exchange’s AIM list with a market cap of around £1.3 billion. Multiplayer Blackjack Tournaments are available 24/7 and feature a variety of BJ games based on a peer-to-peer technology allowing users to compete against each other and not against the "house".
- A software license agreement with Playtech to use the Blackjack tournament software for the purpose of providing "Play for Fun" services, and an option to obtain a license for other multiplayer tournament products.
- Gaming Ventures plc, a wholly owned Isle of Man public shell company. GV is listed on the OTC Bulletin Board but is not trading at the moment.
- Service agreement with Cablevision Systems Corporation, (NYSE: CVC), a telecommunication and TV service provider to residents and businesses of the New York metropolitan area.
- Service agreement with LodgeNet Interactive Corporation, (NASDAQ: LNET), a leading provider of media and connectivity solutions for the hospitality, healthcare and guest-based businesses.
